Intelligent graphical presentation of the Ramachandran Plot using all advantages of Java programming language; Options allow inter connection of data in dihedral angle plot with 3D structure of the molecule. A number of subsets among amino acids can be highlighted for better correlation among 3D structure position and Psi/Pfi spot.
