JPD BASICS Tagging
a residue for further inspections (remembering where you were): Selecting a residue: this
procedure is important for later elimination of non-selected residues
from the visual area! Repeat this procedure for residues separated in
the sequence and make a subset of non (sequence) neighboring amino acids.
Use "Show Selected Residues" button at
the "Icons area" of JPD to show
selected residue(s) only.
Select a sequence region (neighboring amino acids) by sliding your computer's mouse with the left mouse button pressed over the ResBox, and define a subset of them. Use the "Show Selected Residues" button at the "Icons area" of JPD to show selected residue(s) only. |
